Wood Library Ladders

We now sell a full line of Quiet Glide wood library ladders in a variety of styles, with a variety of options, and a choice of finishes. We also provide something no other hardware store or library ladder store provides – design support and help. Free of charge.

Custom is our standard. Our design team will help you build the perfect library ladder to your specifications. With over 30 years of combined experience, the design team at Specialty Doors / Modernstainlessladders.com can assist you with even the most complex ladder buildout. Most retailers’ expertise stops at 8 Ft. Not ours. Whether you need a standard 8ft ladder with a custom rail length, or a curved library ladder system that needs to wrap the circumference of a room, we will help you build and design it.

Ladders are supplied unassembled (pre-drilled holes for fasteners, cut dados for steps) and unfinished (sanded to 120-grit).
